How to be successful and not get a salary increase

Another day,no dollar, or should I say pound, It's strange sometimes working for a huge retail company, one that makes countless millions,helps banana growers increase their standard of living and at the same time screws british dairy farmers into oblivion, gives away free carrier bags for a day,to save the planet you see,and yet, manages to squeeze every last drop of blood from it's department managers and when pay review time comes around, say "no pay rise"difficult year,times getting harder,etc.
Would not mind,but,when making a huge profit thanks largely to my efforts,winning this that and the other,an ounce of thanks would go a long way,but in the new improved world of "The Orange One" you generally get bugger all.
